New Client Booking

  1. Booking Process: To book our services, clients must contact us via phone, email, or our website booking form. A representative will respond to confirm availability and provide a quote.
  2. Payment: A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the balance due on the day of service. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee.
  4. Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking, including service details or appointment times, must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  5. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our refund policy, which will be provided upon request.
