New Client Booking
- Booking Process: To book our services, clients must contact us via phone, email, or our website booking form. A representative will respond to confirm availability and provide a quote.
- Payment: A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the balance due on the day of service. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee.
- Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking, including service details or appointment times, must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our refund policy, which will be provided upon request.
