- Services Offered: Our landscaping business provides a range of services including but not limited to lawn maintenance, garden design, irrigation system installation, hardscaping, and outdoor lighting installation.
- Scope of Work: Before commencing any project, a detailed scope of work will be provided outlining the specific services to be performed, materials to be used, and the estimated timeline for completion.
- Pricing and Payment: Prices for services will be provided upon request or as outlined in the initial quote. Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of any project. A deposit may be required for larger projects, with the balance due upon completion.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Warranty: We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials used. Any issues or concerns regarding our services will be addressed promptly and resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Liability: Our company carries insurance to protect against any unforeseen accidents or damages that may occur during the course of our work. However, clients are encouraged to ensure their property is adequately covered by their own insurance policies.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring any pets are safely secured during the duration of our services. Additionally, clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.
- Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended or updated from time to time at the discretion of our company. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
